Conditions of Use

PRODUCTS/PRICING

 All product prices are shown in £ sterling including VAT at the current UK rate and exclusive of delivery. Prices may be displayed in US Dollars or Euros if required. You can select the appropriate currency from the drop down list on the left of the screen. All prices are subject to change without notice. Any images associated with our products are for illustration purposes only. It is possible that some items may be from split packs and so marked as being not for individual resale. Should this be the case then the appropriate information will be displayed within the product's description. Any colour/shade charts shown with our products are for guidance only, and should not be assumed to be the exact colours/shades of the products.All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative. If an acceptable alternative is not available then you will be offered the relevant refund.It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the goods are suitable for their intended use prior to purchase. Fashion Jewellery UK cannot be held responsible for reactions caused by the use of products purchased from us, and refunds will not be made in this case. We are unable to make personal recommendations. If you require any information about the products, other than is given in the product description, please contact us. If the information is available to us, we will happily pass it on to you. 

PAYMENT

Payment is by debit or credit card, or by personal cheque or postal order.Credit or debit card payments will be taken via Nochex secure servers - please see the information on secure payments. (You can also pay from your Nochex account if you have one).  If paying by cheque or postal order note that goods will not be despatched until cheques have cleared. If cheque payments are not received within 7 days of the order being placed, then the order will be cancelled. If you prefer to pay by postal order we recommend that the postal order be crossed.  Please do no send cash in the post.

DELIVERY

You cannot request a delivery date. Despatch will normally take place within 1-2 days of payment being received (or if payment is made by cheque, within 1-2 days of the cheque clearing - which is usually 5 working days). Confirmation of receipt of order will be sent via email, as will notification of despatch. On UK orders a signature will be required on delivery (where recorded delivery is used) and therefore an alternative delivery address may be given when placing your order, if this is more convenient. Delivery will be by second class recorded packet or standard parcel, depending on the weight. Delivery can take 3-4 days. International orders will be sent by standard airmail or International Signed For. You can select your preferred option during checkout. Royal Mail's delivery aim for Europe is 3 working days, and for outside of Europe 5-6 working days, but these times are not guaranteed.Where items require a signature, orders will not be left unless there is someone available to sign for them. If a signature cannot be obtained, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions for you to either collect the item, or to arrange re-delivery. NOTE: THE ITEM WILL BE HELD AT THE LOCAL SORTING OFFICE FOR ONE WEEK ONLY, after which time it will be returned to us. In order for us to re-deliver the item to you, we will first require that you pay the cost of re-delivery.Please don't ask us to "leave next door", or "use the back door", as we are unable to pass these instructions to Royal Mail!

POSTAGE COSTS

Uk customers - Postage is FREE.Charges for international postage and packing are based on standard airmail, and are calculated using the weight of the order. The International Signed For service will also be available to overseas customers. This is a more secure service, although a guaranteed delivery time is not given.Please note that the maximum weight that Royal Mail will deliver overseas is 2kg. If your total order should be more than 2kg please contact us for a delivery price.  Any postage costs will be displayed at checkout before your order is confirmed.Please note that postage charges are subject to change without notice.

RETURNS

We offer a full refund on any faulty products. Please note that postage costs will not be refunded on goods returned for any other reason. Goods which are not faulty MUST be unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions), and MUST be in their original condition and packaging. All goods for which a refund is required MUST be received back at our office within: (UK customers) 7 days from the day the order was despatched; (European customers) 14 days from the day the order was despatched; (other international customers) 21 days from the day the order was despatched. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable. If we suspect that the goods have been used, or if any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return the goods without notice. Refunds will usually be made according to the original payment method, and normally within seven working days of us receiving and accepting the goods. For any returns which are not faulty or damaged, please ensure that packaging is adequate. We reserve the right to request repayment of any discount used against goods returned. Please contact us before returning any item. We recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery.
